WE MAKE EXCITEMENT 2024 finalist 🏅

My cover for the Catalunya Round of the World Superbike has made it to the finals along with two other works in the "WE MAKE EXCITEMENT" contest powered by Artàporter.it community, inviting all digital artists and illustrators to challenge their creativity by designing an artistic cover for the special edition of the WorldSBK 2024 Official Programmes. I’m very proud about it!

The inspiration for my artwork comes from my deep fascination with the world of motorcycles, a universe filled with speed, adrenaline, and passion. I wanted to translate this essence through an iconic element: the helmet. In my illustration, the helmet’s decoration represents the emotional journey of the rider, from the outside world to their innermost state of mind.

The determined gaze is the focal point of the piece: in the eyes, you can see the desire to race, while the "GO FAST" text merges with the helmet itself, symbolizing the inseparable connection between speed and protection. The helmet is not just a physical barrier but also a mental one; it encloses the absolute focus required to face the track, isolating the rider from the external chaos and channeling all energy toward a single goal: the race.
